FAQ.
Look at these questions before asking us (: thanks.
which side do u print the design on the smooth or rough side?
- You should print the design on the rough side. The smooth side should have some blue lines on it. That is NOT the side that you want to print the design on. But it also depends on what kind of transfer sheets you got. Make sure you got the DARK T-SHIRT TRANSFER.
so we can't wash them? why not?
- You can. They will turn out DIFFERENT when you take them out of the wash though. So I suggest handwashing and avoiding the design.
were do u get the paper to peel and place?
- We got ours at Walmart. You can also find it @ craft stores (:
It's called TSHIRT TRANSFER PAPER. The dark transfers work best.
how long take u doing 1 t-shirt ???????
- It took us 15-30 minutes for one. But it can go quicker/slower depending on how new you are at it.
Where do you get the t-shirt is it expensive?
- We got ours at Kohls for $6. You can get some nice ones @ Michaels for $3.
...sounds very cool...but was wondering: so we're NEVER to wash our shirts...so it's essentially just a wear-once shirt...seems kind of a waste.
- Well we made ours just for a concert, so I don't think it was too much of a waste. But you can actually hand wash it.
what brand tshirt transfers did you use??
- It's called "June Tailor", it should be in a dark blue package (:
wow u guys make it look sooooooooo easy but when i tried it the pic melted with the paper on it!!!!!!!!!!
- First of all, thank you! And if that happens, it might be because you forgot to put the parchment paper on?
If not, then I think it's because you left the iron on too long, or it was on the "steam" setting.
wow that was cool. but i have one question, what was that paper thing that you put on the design right before you ironed it??? please respond
- It's called Parchment Paper(:
okay, what type of iron do you use though?steam or no-steam?
- No steam! It will ruin the image.
